Project overview
One surface / many journeys
One product surface. Many operational journeys.
MyCo brings workforce, field, HR, and customer operations into a connected mobile product. The work included modernizing existing delivery while continuing to support workflows already used in day-to-day operations.
The challenge was broader than translating screens. Shared foundations, local continuity, location-aware actions, and branded delivery all had to fit within one product direction.
